How to Request a Quote

All orders begin with a quote request. We do not have a standard online checkout for building materials because quantities, specifications, and lead times vary by project. To get started:

Special Order Policy

All products offered by Prime Source Supply are currently special order. This means we source your order specifically to your project requirements rather than pulling from stocked inventory. The benefit: you get the styles, finishes, and quantities you need without paying a big-box special-order premium.

Because orders are placed with our supplier network on your behalf, cancellations and changes must be requested before the order is confirmed with the supplier. Once confirmed, changes may not be possible. We will always communicate order status clearly.

Lead Times

Lead times vary by product category and supplier. General estimates at time of quote are as follows:

Delivery

Prime Source Supply delivers to property management companies and job sites throughout the Greater Cleveland and Northeast Ohio area. We specialize in full job-quantity delivery, meaning your entire order ships together in a single delivery rather than in multiple partial shipments. This keeps your project on schedule and eliminates the coordination headaches that come with staggered big-box deliveries.

Delivery fees and logistics details will be included in your quote. For delivery outside our standard service area, please contact us to discuss availability.

Returns and Exchanges

Because all products are special order, returns and exchanges are generally not available once an order has been confirmed with the supplier. If you receive a product that is damaged or does not match your confirmed order specifications, please contact us within 5 business days of delivery and we will work to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
